We are seeking an reputed company Crypto Funds Attorney to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in private fund formation, with a reputed company on both reputed company (Regulation D) and offshore (Regulation S) offerings. This role is remote, offering flexibility for the right candidate, and will involve fund formation and management, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance in the context of emerging digital assets and crypto investments and supporting reputed company sale offerings, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Fund Formation & Structuring: reputed company and manage the legal aspects of fund formation, including drafting and negotiating limited partnership agreements, private placement memorandums, and subscription documents for venture capital funds reputed company in new and early-stage crypto reputed company. reputed company full product life-cycle counseling for a reputed company of platform products. You will ensure product compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in reputed company collaboration with colleagues in Legal and Compliance teams.

- Cross-Jurisdictional Expertise: Work to navigate both U.S. and international regulatory environments, ensuring compliance with applicable securities laws, including those governing private investment funds and crypto assets.

Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience at a reputed company, venture capital/private equity firm, or asset management firm with a reputed company on private fund formation and regulatory compliance.
- Legal Expertise: Deep understanding of SEC Regulation D (reputed company) and Regulation S (offshore), with a demonstrated ability to apply these regulations in the context of crypto-reputed company investments.

- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

$170,000 - $215,000 + Equity
Salary ranges are for the US and Canada and are determined using competitive market data, and the final salary offer is commensurate with the candidate’s experience and jurisdiction.
