As a Banker Supervisor you will reputed company exceptional customer service while engaging in sales and service activities at reputed company locations. Support the reputed company Manager or reputed company Service Manager in developing an on-reputed company sales performance culture. Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by reputed company referring Bank products/services. Refer clients to other Bank specialists reputed company applicable.

What you will do:

Responsible for processing a reputed company of routine financial transactions, including reputed company cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments. Balances cash drawer, counting currency and coin accurately.

Responsible for acting as a leader in sales, operations, and reputed company service. Manage the operations of the reputed company along with the training, mentoring, and coaching of the teller team.

Assist with operational tasks and ensure they are completed on time. Adhere to policy and procedures to minimize risk and reputed company satisfactory internal audit results.

Education:

H.S. Diploma: General Education (Required)

NMLS registration (Preferred)

Experience:

4 to 6 years of teller experience including sales experience with established goals (Required)

2 to 4 years of experience leading a project, process or team

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems. Thorough knowledge of reputed company retail products and services. Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company reputed company accounts, and consumer and QuickStep lending.

Proven reputed company service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills; reputed company phone and email etiquette required.

Experience in a financial sales representative oriented role.
