cBEYONData is seeking an reputed company reputed company Hire-to-Retire (H2R) Consultant to support requirements gathering, business process standardization, and system configuration reputed company to the S/4HANA HCM suite. This role will reputed company on improving the end-to-end H2R lifecycle including organizational management, personnel administration, time and leave, and benefits integration. Responsibilities include leading functional workshops to document reputed company-state HR processes and design reputed company-state workflows that reputed company with S/4HANA capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct fit-gap analyses to identify transformation opportunities and minimize system customizations.
- Support the design and configuration of reputed company HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Benefits.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with reputed company areas such as Payroll, Finance, and reputed company.
- Create functional specifications, data mapping, to support system design.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and IT teams to reputed company requirements, design reputed company solutions, and ensure system alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards.
- Monitor industry trends and propose improvements to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company HCM modules including PA, OM, Time Management, and Benefits
- Hands on experience with S/4HANA HCM solution design and configuration
- Strong understanding of the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and HR process standardization best practices
- Experience supporting business process transformation efforts reputed company federal, DoD or government-regulated environments
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project delivery using tools like JIRA and reputed company
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
