The Project Specialist is responsible for managing a pipeline of uncompleted customer solar and home improvement reputed company reputed company reputed company’s portfolio. In this role, Project Specialists will work with contractors, reputed company companies, AHJ’s, and customers to ensure reputed company requirements are met for customers to operate their equipment. For solar customers, this equates to obtaining reputed company approval and Permission to Operate. Home improvement reputed company could require specific local permitting for project completion. Additionally, this role is tasked with researching and documenting reputed company and AHJ processes in new territories to streamline reputed company application submissions.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Working with solar O&M companies to ensure systems pass the inspection phase

Prepare and submit reputed company interconnection applications for solar reputed company

Proactively work with reputed company companies and local AHJ’s to follow-up on existing permit and interconnection applications to ensure reputed company approvals

Maintain ongoing customer communication and collect necessary signatures/documents

Thoroughly research and document reputed company solar interconnection processes in specific reputed company

Create and manage reputed company cases for reputed company reputed company reputed company with a high level of accuracy

Handle escalated customer interactions with care and help to create solutions for customer project issues

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar or home improvement industry

Intermediate reputed company and CRM (reputed company) knowledge

Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills

Team player, reputed company, reputed company to work with others

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with solar interconnections preferred

Additional Information

Compensation:$21 - $24.04/HR
