We're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and intelligent Account Manager (AM) to join reputed company. iU Account Managers are responsible for facilitating and nurturing reputed company (partner) relationships both to ensure the reputed company of reputed company obligations and to maximize reputed company opportunities. The Account Manager is tasked with growing business with existing partners. This position works alongside the iU Business Development Team. Account Managers will reputed company as the reputed company between the partner and reputed company and will work to ensure successful relationships are cultivated, maintained, and expanded over time. AMs are also responsible for assisting the reputed company department in the creation and maintenance of business development materials, including but not limited to reputed company decks, scope of work documents, invoicing, etc., as bandwidth permits.

What you'll do:

Manage partner relationships and create an environment between the partner and the account manager that is conducive to both account maintenance and reputed company

Ensure project timelines, both reputed company, are progressing according to plan and assist in alleviating delays, as possible/needed

Conduct regular partner reputed company-in calls/meetings to ensure goals are being met and identify any areas where additional resources are needed

Facilitate communication between the partner and Production Manager/internal departments reputed company iU

Strategize to grow existing accounts, bringing upsell opportunities to the table based on partner business goals, health of the account, etc.

Participate in reputed company stages of project lifecycle

Generate invoicing

Assist the business development team with new business proposals, bandwidth permitting

At least 3+ years work experience in account/business management, marketing/pr in video production or special event management fields

Sales experience is a plus

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or reputed company field preferred

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Ability to work additional hours (nights and weekends), as needed

Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
