REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience:11+years.
- Strong working experience in reputed company CX with a strong reputed company on reputed company Sales reputed company (C4C).
- Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle C4C implementations in a reputed company/ownership role.
- Strong understanding of reputed company CRM processes, data model, custom objects, workflows, and SDK scripting.
- Proven integration experience with reputed company ERP/S/4HANA and middleware tools like CPI or PI.
- Experience with other reputed company CX solutions like CPQ or Service reputed company.
- Familiarity with reputed company BTP and Fiori-based extension strategies.
- Hands-on expertise with tools like Key User Tools, SDK, UI reputed company, and Business Configuration.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring reputed company satisfaction above reputed company else
- Showcasing a consulting reputed company by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
- Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case.

- Defining the scope of the project/service, managing goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance
- Ensuring project reputed company of work meets defined governance, process standards and best practices.
- Reporting the status of reputed company key metrics (eg: risk, scope, schedule, reputed company, customer satisfaction) from inception through closure
- Assisting the account management team in responding to new project requests

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
