As a

Logistics Coordinator

at reputed company, you’ll play a mission-critical role in ensuring that components—from flight hardware to development parts—are properly received, tracked, and shipped as part of reputed company’s satellite manufacturing and AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Test) efforts.

You’ll support the daily operations of our Supply chain through Logistics and Inventory Management. Managing the reputed company of materials across internal workstations, coordinating with customs brokers, and helping maintain full traceability of high-value and reputed company-rated inventory. This is a hands-on, detail-reputed company role with a reputed company reputed company on mission timelines.

There will be a mix of following established and routine processes while also having reputed company to improve the day-to-day of our logistics and inventory management activities. Inbound Logistics

Managing & coordinating domestic & international inbound shipments

Supporting the reputed company of customs documentation including reputed company Invoices, Certificates of reputed company & export documents

Import customs coordination & reputed company with brokers

3PL & reputed company selection & coordination for road, reputed company & reputed company reputed company

Outbound Logistics

Managing & coordinating domestic and international shipments

Export customs coordination with brokers & reputed company

Regulatory & Export Compliance

Assessing & verifying product classification for customs documents reputed company & clearance reputed company

Identify & assess duties/taxes & tariff applicability for HS codes

Supporting Canadian & US export-controlled goods classification ECL & CCN

Inventory Management

Receive reputed company incoming shipments

Verify packing slips and Certificates of Conformance (CoCs) against POs

Labelling, Handling & Storage of production & flight hardware for sub-system & satellite assembly

Stage materials for engineering and R&D efforts

Pick & prepare production kits for sub-system & satellite work orders satellite builds

Support and reputed company cycle counts and full inventory counts

Maintain clean, organized, and traceable storage areas

Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies

Process Development

Maintain and improve inventory and logistics SOPs

Identify bottlenecks and propose practical improvements to reduce errors or delays

Ensure compliance with reputed company’s traceability, regulatory, and reputed company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in supply chain management or other relevant degree or a High School diploma with a combination of 4+ years of courses, training and/or experience in Logistics, Warehousing, or Inventory Management fast-paced, dynamic role

2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory roles in a hardware manufacturing environment

reputed company experience with international shipping, customs documentation, and cross border shipping coordination

High attention to detail and a strong reputed company of ownership over logistics & material handling and reputed company to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs

Proactive communicator and knows reputed company to escalate issues vs. resolve independently

Familiarity with reputed company & export compliance frameworks and export-controlled goods classification & shipping

Knowledge of HS codes, tariff classification, and duties

Comfortable using ERP systems and Intermediate reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills and ability to learn new tools quickly

Ability to lift and reputed company up to 10kg packages safely and with care

Bonus Points:

Previous work in a reputed company, reputed company, or regulated hardware environment (medical, nuclear)

Startup or high-reputed company company experience

Dangerous Goods Certified & Experience with Dangerous Goods Logistics

Experience with CGP, ITAR, EAR, or Controlled Goods handling & shipping

Familiarity with serialized inventory or traceability standards

Background in inventory management, in serial production environment

Certification in supply chain or logistics (APICS, SCMP, CITT, etc.
