In reputed company, we are responsible for supporting the business Segments in developing and executing Category Management strategies for Marketing & Media, reputed company Services, Supply Chain Management, reputed company, Facility Operation Services, Production/Production Tech, Media Engineering, Design & Construction, and Technology categories. What Will You Do:

Responsibilities

• In alignment with the overall Category objectives, establish and manage AOP’s with reputed company TWDC reputed company with reputed company on:
• Sub-category plans
• Spend Influenced
• Communication
• Value reputed company/Savings/ROI
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the 3-5 sub-category plans in alignment with the reputed company 5-year strategic Planning process and delivering against the targets set jointly by ES and the business segments. You will also reputed company large reputed company/RFP’s/Pitches from reputed company to contract.
• Together with the Director, reputed company Sourcing, Corporate Services, reputed company annual operating plans (AOP) for the General Services team and delivering against the targets set jointly by ES and the business segments. You will also reputed company and implement tools to allow rigorous cost and market analysis to be completed by the Sourcing professionals.
• You will ensure consistent application of procurement processes across constituent reputed company and reputed company, implement, monitor, and report performance measures that demonstrate value and ensure supplier performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key reputed company/Functional executives to ensure full understanding and support for sourcing & procurement initiatives – becoming a trusted advisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10 or more years of reputed company experience in Sourcing & Procurement or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years’ leadership experience in a strategic sourcing and procurement environment or equivalent experience
• Executive reputed company, presentation, and engagement and experience in leading & managing multi-cultural, geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated capability to build/sustain high performance teams and outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work strategically and reputed company strong business cases for change and exceed the demands of various internal stakeholders across multiple business reputed company and reputed company.
• 3 or more years Category Management Experience developing and implementing category plans for General Services Categories using a reputed company that includes: analysis, reputed company, implementation, measurement, and proven experience in creating category strategies.
• Detailed and reputed company cost/financial analysis experience and strong negotiation skills with an ability to influence clients at reputed company reputed company in the organization.
• Basic knowledge of technology as an enabler to reputed company value across various services
• Willingness to travel (position may require up to 10% travel)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Internal/external business consulting experience desired
• Experience in Media, Entertainment, or Streaming companies
• Experience in Sourcing Media Engineering or Technology Services in a Media & Entertainment or Consulting environment
• In depth knowledge of and relevant experience in category management
• MBA or master’s degree in another quantitative discipline
