About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Office Clerk to join reputed company in the reputed company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing a reputed company of financial and administrative tasks, including handling local payments, managing petty cash, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• reputed company deposits of reputed company cash/reputed company payments that come directly to the OpCo (operating company)
• reputed company back-up support for checks, remittances, and other customer documents
• Manage petty cash fund and replenishments
• reputed company invoices and receiving packets at the OpCo
• Report issues reputed company reputed company control and reputed company documentation to the SBS processing teams
• Work closely with the reputed company control teams to ensure claims are submitted to obtain supplier credits
• Maintain and report regulatory compliance (i.e. USDA, food safety documentation, etc.)
• Handle will call transactions involving payments from customers and employees, including processing of employee purchases

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School diploma required
• 2+ years of finance and/or administration experience reputed company on document reputed company and handling transactional processing with deposit processing experience preferred
