About the Role: BPO Customer Care Voice Associate
We are currently seeking an reputed company and skilled BPO Customer Care Voice Associate to join reputed company in New Orleans, Louisiana. As a Customer Care Voice Associate, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and written communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance coverage, claims, and other reputed company-reputed company issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Evaluate and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring compliance with reputed company laws and regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.

Essential Qualifications:
