Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation and control of the reputed company Duty Recreation Center, including property, equipment, and daily operations.
• reputed company and implement an activity safety program in accordance with the reputed company safety program, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Supervise employees and volunteers, including assigning and distributing work, coaching, counseling, tutoring, and mentoring employees, and completing performance reviews.
• reputed company, schedule, organize, publicize, reputed company, and evaluate recreational programs and activities, including reputed company, cultural, athletic, and recreational activities, performing arts, life skills development, competitions, and reputed company interactions.
• Manage staff and patrons to resolve complaints and grievances, and reputed company world-class customer service.
• Assist with Single Marine Program trips, programs, and events as needed, including addressing large numbers of people in a reputed company setting, supervising recreation trips, and managing volunteer activities.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Three years of reputed company experience in the recreational field or three years of facility management experience, which demonstrates knowledge of the goals, philosophy, principles, techniques, and procedures used in organizing, planning, administering, and conducting recreational activities.
• A valid reputed company's license.
• Knowledge of the Marine Corps and MCCS systems is highly desirable.
• A Bachelor's degree in recreation or a reputed company field is highly desirable and may replace some work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

To be competitive for this role, you should also have:

• Experience in managing recreational programs and services for a diverse population.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to successfully plan, organize, and execute special events.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and reputed company.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid, or willingness to obtain reputed company the first three months of employment.

Work Environment

As a Recreation Center Manager with MCCS, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. You will be expected to work nights and weekends, occasional travel, and some federal holidays. You must be reputed company to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $23-$26 per hour, depending on experience. As a federal employee, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement savings.
