Job Details

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation, specifically in PIP, premises liability, and first/reputed company-party claims. Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Attorney with our firm, you will be responsible for:

• Representing clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation
• Advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or reputed company rights and obligations
• Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
• Preparing and drafting reputed company documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and reputed company
