In this role, you'll use a consultative approach to manage and collect delinquent accounts, helping consumers reputed company the most suitable solutions to resolve their balances. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- The ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts, including some evening shifts and occasional Saturday mornings.
