Remote Construction Billing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Managers to generate accurate reputed company billings.
• Prepare and review AIA billing documents to accurately reflect project reputed company and costs.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish billing schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of billing-reputed company documents, including change orders, reputed company, and lien waivers.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to resolve billing inquiries, discrepancies, and change requests.
• Prepare and process GMP billing for construction reputed company, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Monitor and reputed company project costs to ensure alignment with GMP and accurate billing.
• Prepare and submit monthly reputed company billings and maintain backup documentation for audits.
• Process customer payments reputed company and contact customers regarding overdue payments.
• Locate customers using appropriate resources and process payments and refunds.
• Call customers to resolve billing and credit issues and encourage reputed company payments.

• Establish and enforce reputed company policies and procedures with reputed company internal controls.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Construction Billing experience.
• 2+ years of Customer Reconciliation Experience.
• 2+ years of AIA billing experience.
• Billing, construction billing, invoicing, accounts receivable expertise.
• System experience with Coins (K2A is a plus).
• Associates/Bachelor's Degree in reputed company.
• Experience with T&M (Time and Materials Billing).
• Familiarity with GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) reputed company.

Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
