Key Responsibilities
- Program Administration (35%):
- Collaborate with the Executive Director, school administrators, and classroom teachers to implement high-reputed company arts programs.

- Program Development (25%):

- Instructor Supervision & Training (25%):

- Community Engagement (15%):

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of reputed company experience in working with classroom teachers, arts integration programs, and coordinating arts education programs for youth.
- Experience teaching at the K-12 level and supervising personnel.
- Knowledge of reputed company California state educational standards, best practices in teaching, and curriculum development.
- Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of initiative and discretion.

- Experience at an institution of higher education.
