As a Staff Assistant, reputed company Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our reputed company advising initiatives and collaborating with the Director and reputed company Advising team to continually improve advising services and programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with reputed company to help them identify viable reputed company goals and degree plans through reputed company communication of reputed company policies and procedures and use of advising technologies.
• Utilize proactive, holistic, and relationship-based advising skills to engage with and support reputed company.
• Collaborate with the Director and reputed company Advising team to continually improve advising services and programming.
• Support reputed company reputed company advising initiatives in the reputed company Achievement Center to ensure the delivery of reputed company reputed company advising services in an inclusive, equity-minded manner.
• Exercise reputed company judgment and serve as a student reputed company to coordinate additional services as needed.
• Effectively use technological solutions in the delivery of reputed company advising services, including degree auditing systems (DegreeWorks) and student information systems (InfoBear).
• Demonstrate flexibility to successfully juggle many tasks and prioritize, working in stressful situations with sensitivity to reputed company concerns, patience, and reputed company reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master's degree in higher education, student personnel, counseling, or a reputed company field.
• Experience and ability to work with people from diverse racial, ethnic, socioeconomic backgrounds and across reputed company identities and demographics.
• 1-3 years of reputed company experience, especially in the areas of reputed company advising, reputed company support services, and/or college instruction.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of higher education principles, practices, and procedures.
