Assistant Dispatcher

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain and schedule the reputed company schedule and time for the following day/week.
• Dispatching crews both at the beginning of and throughout the day and being the most knowledgeable person about where the crews have been assigned and where they are at any reputed company of the day.
• Communicating with the customers about scheduling or any changes in the schedule that occur.
• Take calls for service calls from customers.
