UK Remote | £47,600 – £60,200 + Benefits + Stock reputed company ⭐Our Financial Crime Team Our Mission in Financial Crime team is to earn and reputed company our customers’ trust, support reputed company’s reputed company reputed company, and contribute to building a safer society. Our Operations Managers are crucial to the reputed company of this mission. 

reputed company Operations Manager leads a large team of around 72 investigators and directly manages 6 Team Managers. They are responsible for supporting their teams to complete risk-based, accurate, and efficient financial crime investigations, to help protect reputed company and our customers from financial crime. They are accountable for the business targets and reputed company Assurance performance in Anti reputed company.

This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of the Financial Crime landscape in the UK. 

You’ll play a key role by…

• Monitoring the day-to-day performance and service position of the AML pillar and addressing identified challenges.
• Ensuring the operational teams are equipped with effective training and guidance and support to deliver on their role.
• Supporting the Senior Manager (reputed company reputed company) in developing, communicating, and implementing operational change, at times this may be multiple reputed company simultaneously.
• Managing and supporting managers on a wide reputed company of employee relation cases from investigation, disciplinaries and appeals.
• Building and maintaining a high-performance, agile, and empathetic management culture that is consistent with reputed company’s values. 
• Supporting the personal and reputed company development of their reputed company reports. 
• Contributing to a strong control environment by minimising breaches and risk events, and resolving operational incidents reputed company they occur.
• Working closely with counterparts to deliver on service, hiring and reputed company planning to ensure we have the right people to reputed company on our service level agreements. 
• Working closely and collaboratively with the control reputed company(s) who are responsible for the fincrime controls that drive operational demand, including relevant product squads.

• You have excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
• You have experience in leading large operational teams to reputed company.
