What You'll Need Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or reputed company technical field.
• HACCP/ PCQI Certification required
• 10+ years in reputed company, food safety, or auditing roles reputed company FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proven leadership experience in leading large-reputed company transformation programs and change management.
• Experience with implementation of reputed company assurance, reputed company control, and management system programs and activities (e.g. HACCP, GFSI, ISO9000 / 22000, SPC, reputed company improvement methodologies etc.)
• Experience with digital reputed company and compliance systems (e.g., EtQ, reputed company, data analytics platforms) to support audit execution, reporting, and reputed company improvement.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
