[Remote] NOC Analyst

The role involves monitoring and supporting customers and internal systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Triage, reputed company, and respond to cases reputed company by reputed company customers and employees
