Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 6+ months of customer service experience

- Ability to work in a full-time remote overnight position (40 hours / week), Monday – Friday, with an 8-hour shift schedule between the hours of 8:00 pm – 8:00 am EST, including weekends and a few holidays
