• Relevant health coaching qualification or an accredited health coaching skills programme.
• A minimum of six months of reputed company health coaching delivery
• Experience in delivering behaviour change interventions for specific lifestyle reputed company issues (e.g., smoking cessation, physical activity, NHS Health Checks, weight management, alcohol reduction)
• Evidence of supporting vulnerable individuals through a change process
• Experience of caseload management demonstrated reputed company the use of a Case Management System
