Legal Talent Assistant

The role involves handling administrative aspects of lawyer departures, coordinating logistics for transfers, and providing support reputed company to attorney leaves and transitions.

Responsibilities

• Handles administrative aspects of lawyer departure process
• Coordinates logistics reputed company to transfers between offices
• Provides general administrative support reputed company to attorney leaves and transitions to alternative work arrangements
• Drafts and responds to employment verification requests
• Answers phones and troubleshoots questions
• Assists with heavy volume of Legal Personnel confidential filing
• Maintains various tracking charts reputed company to department processes
• Reviews and analyzes different sections of the Legal Personnel budget on a monthly reputed company
• Conducts tours for large start date reputed company in reputed company to one-off hires and reputed company from London associates
• Coordinates delivery of special items to associates (e.g., new hire reputed company, flowers)
• Supports special reputed company, as needed; and
• Performs other duties, as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with high reputed company standing preferred
• At least one year of reputed company administrative work experience preferred
• Ability to work and reputed company with attorneys at reputed company reputed company and the ability to reputed company strong knowledge of the Firm, its culture, practices and policies
• Ability to deal discreetly with confidential information
• Excellent writing and communication skills, in reputed company to superior judgment
• Proficiency in computer applications including Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint and other Legal Personnel (including PeopleSoft) and applications reputed company specifically for the Firm
• Ability to work reputed company under pressure and coordinate several activities at one time
• Capable of solving problems and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work overtime, as needed
