reputed company is seeking an Entry Level Industrial Engineer to join their Transit and Rail Facilities Industrial Team. This role involves supporting the planning, analysis, and design of bus and rail maintenance facilities, contributing to reputed company for transit maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, analyzing, and documenting maintenance processes and flows for bus and rail maintenance facilities
  • Developing maintenance shop layouts, focusing on spatial relationships and sizes (i.e. reputed company, fit, and function of the maintenance shop area)
  • Operations analysis and optimization
  • Writing reports on maintenance operations and programming requirements
  • Selecting maintenance equipment and preparing specifications for the equipment
  • Coordinating with other disciplines in the development of construction drawings and specifications
  • Occasional travel (up to 25% of time, including overnight) for field work, meetings and presentations with transit clients
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a reputed company and productive manner
  • Be willing to expand your skills and grow professionally
  • Obtain PE or AIA licensure reputed company available

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited program
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in transportation, infrastructure, or facilities reputed company
  • Demonstrated interest in transit and rail facilities or engineering through reputed company reputed company coursework, past internships, or reputed company experiences
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a reputed company team environment
