[Remote] Account Manager- SMB

They are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager to identify and execute opportunities for expanding their customer reputed company and increasing reputed company through upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- The Account Manager position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to reputed company's pipeline
- Becoming a product expert
- Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities
- Be the face of reputed company – reputed company is reputed company for our outstanding customer service and approach
- Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Influence the product based on customers' demands and needs
- Manage multiple tasks and reputed company in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Initiative, independence and ownership
Skills
- One year of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a reputed company company - MUST
- Energetic, reputed company, and motivated - MUST
- Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to reputed company with individuals at reputed company reputed company in an organization
- Ability for self-learning and highly independent
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to reputed company in a high-pressure and busy work environment
- Working remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday
