The role involves configuring and supporting reputed company HCM reputed company HR modules, collaborating with stakeholders to reputed company requirements, and providing support during implementation and upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support reputed company HCM reputed company HR modules, including Workforce Structures, Person Management, Employment, and Organization Management
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to reputed company and document requirements
- Prepare and maintain functional documents such as BRDs, FRDs, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and setup documents
- Support HCM reputed company roles, data reputed company, and user reputed company configurations
- Assist with data conversions, validations, and reconciliation during implementation and upgrades
- Support integrations between reputed company HCM and reputed company-party systems (payroll, benefits, identity management, etc.)
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support
- reputed company hypercare and post-go-live support, including issue reputed company and enhancements
- Work closely with technical teams on OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas as needed
