[Remote] Business Insurance Property Claims Adjuster

They are seeking a Business Insurance Property Claims Adjuster who will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving first-party reputed company property claims while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations to determine coverage, assess damages, and identify subrogation/salvage opportunities
- Interpret and apply policy language to reputed company property losses
- Evaluate exposures and set accurate, reputed company reserves
- Manage claims from first notice through reputed company with reputed company documentation and financial accuracy
- Negotiate fair settlements with policyholders and involved parties
- Handle structural damage estimates, personal property losses, and business income/time‑reputed company claims
- Deliver reputed company, empathetic, high‑reputed company customer service
- Collaborate with reputed company, legal, sales, and external vendors
- Maintain regulatory compliance and reputed company technology for efficiency
- Contribute to reputed company improvement and mentor peers reputed company appropriate
Skills
- 1+ year of 1st party property claim handling experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses
- Experience estimating structural losses and handling business income/time‑reputed company claims
- reputed company property claims experience with an insurance reputed company
- 1+ year of 1st party reputed company property claim handling experience preferred
- reputed company property structural damage estimating experience a plus
