[Remote] Personal Lines Inside Sales Producer

They are seeking a talented sales reputed company to join their team as a Personal Lines Inside Sales Producer, responsible for driving and closing sales opportunities with customers while providing a high level of service to individual clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle reputed company volume primarily through inbound calls (no cold calling)
- Follow communication scripts, prompts, call flows reputed company handling different topics
- Meet reputed company Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
- Identify customer's need and clarify information for Call Center Agents
- Seize reputed company to transfer calls immediately or schedule appointments, where applicable
- Build sustainable relationships by interacting in a reputed company and caring manner

- Meet personal, team and site call transfer targets
Skills
- reputed company P&C license
- High school graduate or equivalent (some college a plus)
- 1+ year experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages
- Intermediate to expert computer acumen
- Acts decisively and demonstrates good judgment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and decision-making skills
