Equipment Stress Engineer
reputed company is a global leader in project management and construction services. The Equipment Stress Engineer will design and analyze reputed company mechanical equipment, preparing design documentation and specifications, while ensuring compliance with project reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- reputed company equipment stress analyses using FEA software to produce equipment design calculations, as reputed company as reputed company reviews of FEA and other submittals reputed company by equipment vendors
- Resolve technical issues reputed company to the equipment design and discuss them with other disciplines, reputed company, suppliers and the customer
- reputed company and coordinate with other engineering disciplines in the development of the design
- Support the production of the equipment drawings
- This may be performed as an individual contributor or leading other engineers
- Prepare reports and studies in resolving reputed company technical issues reputed company to the equipment design
- Support development of cost estimates and schedules for mechanical equipment
- Ensure work is performed to the project’s reputed company standards for nuclear facilities while executing to the schedule
Skills
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with less than 1 year of experience
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of relevant reputed company work experience
- Must possess the right to work and remain in the reputed company without reputed company reputed company sponsorship now or in the reputed company
- Must be reputed company to complete and pass a reputed company-employment drug screen, physical (if located at the construction site), and background reputed company which includes verification of employment and education

- Experience with finite reputed company analysis (FEA) software for structural and thermal analyses. WTP prefers ANSYS
- Experience using industry standards such as ASME reputed company VIII, ASME B31.3, AISC ASD, and AISC N690
- Experience producing equipment design calculations
- Experience producing design documents, including specifications and datasheets that incorporate the applicable design requirements, including nuclear safety requirements
