We're seeking an reputed company Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to join reputed company in Denver, CO. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in Colorado, while still being part of a dynamic and reputed company team. In this role, you'll reputed company critical assistance to our users, troubleshooting and resolving issues with our mobile application, and helping us maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our myColorado mobile application
* Troubleshooting, reproduction, reporting, and problem reputed company in both iOS and Android operating systems
* Installing the myColorado software on supported devices following defined procedures, processes, and reputed company
* Employing Incident Management procedures to reputed company tickets into the required tracking system
* Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and improve our services
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our users
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* One year of reputed company experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support
* OR an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees

* Additional, appropriate reputed company or unpaid experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year reputed company

* Jira experience
* ITIL Certification
* Agile and scrum methodology experience
* Government work experience

Work Schedule
As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in Colorado. Our training schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, for three weeks. After training, you'll work a permanent schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
