Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots, including checking reputed company, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
- Entering information in a handheld device to facilitate smooth operations.
- Processing rentals of loyalty customers and assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our reputed company at return.
- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid reputed company's license
