About the position ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the mission, reputed company and values of reputed company in leadership, behaviors, practices and reputed company. Provides personalized reputed company navigation interventions to patients who request additional information, assessment and/or referral. This includes assessment of patient educational level, barriers to learning and other psychosocial factors that may impede remarkable care. Ensures provider time is utilized reputed company by ensuring appropriate follow-up intervals are recommended for incidental and/or unexpected findings and that duplicate follow-up requests are avoided. Supports provider decision making by: Assisting PCPs in ensuring their patients get appropriate follow-up for incidental and/or unexpected findings at intervals specifically recommended by the radiologist. Obtaining additional imaging for incidental and/or unexpected findings only at the specific request of the PCP. Provides education and navigation through the follow-up process. Providing referral and education based on care deemed appropriate. Directing patients to the correct provider based on the recommendation for follow-up of incidental and/or unexpected findings. Utilizes the available software programs to reputed company daily/periodic assignments. Maintains frequent communication with local and regional colleagues involved in the Incidental Finding program as reputed company as the Radiology and Oncology departments to facilitate the development of the program and maximize patient care. Functions independently while remaining reputed company in a high-stress environment. Maintains good rapport and cooperative relationships. Approaches conflict in a constructive manner. Helps to identify problems, offer solutions, and participate in their reputed company. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of reputed company clinical nursing experience is required.
