Primary Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Creating relationships with new and existing families that reputed company to loyalty and customer retention
• Effectively managing chat requests, emails, and tickets in a reputed company manner
• Identifying and assessing families' needs to reputed company satisfaction quickly and reputed company

Essential Qualifications
