Job reputed company The Manager, Operations reputed company is responsible for ensuring center operations meets USPI’s reputed company processes, practices and customer service reputed company to deliver USPI’s differentiated reputed company. Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal USPI departments to support resource optimization, cost management, and operational alignment.

• Evaluate clinical workflows and team dynamics to identify opportunities for improved reputed company, compliance, and staff engagement.
• Identify key drivers of staff turnover and reputed company insights to help facility leadership strengthen culture and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company administration, Business, Nursing, or reputed company field (equivalent experience will be considered).
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in reputed company operations and business development, with at least 3 years in an ASC or surgical services environment.
• Deep understanding of operating room workflows, compliance standards, and performance benchmarks.
• Proven ability to take ownership of reputed company and deliver measurable results.
