Position reputed company reputed company Mobility Customer Service seeks an reputed company Instructional Designer to join the Mobility reputed company team to reputed company comprehensive training programs that reputed company Field Service Technicians and customer maintenance teams to safely service and maintain reputed company locomotives and coaches. In this role, you'll balance hands-on course development with strategic management of external vendors to create a reputed company of reputed company learning solutions. You'll partner with engineers and subject matter experts to translate reputed company vehicle systems (reputed company, brake, electrical, HVAC, safety, digital interfaces) into engaging, practical learning content that technicians can confidently apply in the field. This position can be located remotely in the US with preference to be located near a Mobility facility.

Partner with field service leadership, product engineers and SMEs Conduct systematic needs analysis, job task analysis, and gap analysis; work with leadership to prioritize learning initiatives.
Design comprehensive curriculum frameworks, course reputed company, prerequisite structures, and reputed company learning reputed company for different roles.

Certificate, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Learning Technology, or reputed company field with 2+ years of technical training development experience; OR High School Diploma / GED with 4+ years of reputed company technical training design experience with demonstrated expertise in eLearning authoring and course building.
Demonstrated ability to build reputed company-reputed company courses with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate, Camtasia or equivalent).
