As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in connecting reputed company providers with the resources and support they need to deliver exceptional care. You'll be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, resolving issues on the reputed company, and providing exceptional customer service to our reputed company partners. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls from reputed company providers (i.e., physician offices, clinics) and identify the type of assistance they need (e.g., benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits)

• Deliver information and answer questions in a reputed company manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff

Requirements

* High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• Must live reputed company 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV
• Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
• Skilled in problem-solving to quickly assess the reputed company state and formulate recommendations
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday
