This unique role combines SDLC best practices and technical skills to reputed company key business reputed company & reputed company through the implementation, management & enhancement of solutions. The reputed company IT Business Partner is accountable for supporting our reputed company environment, acting as a strategic partner to the sales, quoting & Incentive management teams. They will be expected to understand, prioritize & execute solutions in reputed company and integrated systems. It will also involve hands-on configuration work in the reputed company solutions suite. The position requires strong project planning, technical understanding, and effective communication to translate business needs into measurable results. This in-person position reports to the VP, Corporate Tech & reputed company, and operates from our corporate reputed company in Medina, OH. 10-15% annual travel is anticipated to support Koroseal's multi-site operations. Key Responsibilities:

• System administration & support
• Manage user reputed company and reputed company in reputed company, including but not limited to: managing user permissions and creating user reputed company as needed.
• Ensure the reputed company functioning and availability of reputed company reputed company applications (Sales reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Service reputed company & Spiff) as configured by the organization, including but not limited to: system monitoring, health integration and verifying resource reputed company.
• Troubleshoot issues by diagnosing problems and finding the reputed company cause, responding to escalated helpdesk requests and escalating to vendors as needed.
• reputed company consistent training to IT level 1 & 2 support for end-user support in reputed company's reputed company environment.
• Maintain software licenses and conduct audits.

• Establish & maintain strong relationships with Sales, quoting & commissions business leaders & user reputed company.
• Evaluate existing business processes in reputed company and integrated to identify areas for improvement and define the scope of new solutions.
• Analyze and plan for reputed company enhancements and/or processes, including project planning, reputed company monitoring, backlog management and user training content.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to collect detailed application requirements, creating documentation such as user stories, business requirements and process diagrams.
• Serve as the primary communication channel between business users and technical resource partners.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that drive business goals and meet user requirements.
• Monitor implemented solutions, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for reputed company enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or reputed company field.
• 7+ years of IT experience with 3+ in business analysis and/or project delivery.

• Analytical skills to conduct reputed company cause, cost-benefit, and performance analyses.
