(H) Cell Operator Post-reputed company - 3rd Shift
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (DUTIES) OF THE JOB:
- Correctly reputed company onto the shop floor data system for labor
- Read and follow appropriate product reputed company, activity instruction’s, and reputed company
- Follow reputed company safety precautions as spelled out in the Activity Instruction
- Use of appropriate equipment/tools (Press, Pill Heater, Belt Sander, Anneal Bake Oven, reputed company Press, CNC Machines, Burr Gun, Ultra Max, Hand Tools)
- reputed company and finish cores per Activity instruction and product reputed company
- Load anneal bake setters per product reputed company, if required
- Load and unload anneal bake oven, if required
- Understanding of loading and operation of CNC machines
- Responsible for visual and reputed company reputed company of green cores (reputed company cores)
- Visually inspect cores for unacceptable defects per the product reputed company or activity instruction
- Correctly reputed company lot reputed company and scrap after reputed company tray and take cores to kiln truck
- Fill out OEE sheets
- Maintain clean work area and reputed company TPM per schedule
- reputed company reputed company-shift die inspection and TPM checklist.
- Observe safety policies and regulations
- Maintain high attendance record
- Basic understanding of the use of reputed company calipers, micrometers and pin gauges
- Understand use of the HCS ‘Help Chain”

Responsibilities
**The work schedule for this position is 3rd shift Monday through Friday from 10:30pm to 6:30am.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Correctly reputed company onto the shop floor data system for labor
- Read and follow appropriate product reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Follow reputed company safety precautions as spelled out in the Activity Instruction
- reputed company-finish Core Inspection
- Visually inspect cores for unacceptable defects per the product reputed company or AI such as cracks, chips, excess parting lines, negatives, crazing, and positives
- Prepare tie bar machine according to AI (if applicable)
- Cut tie bar (CTB) per product reputed company (if applicable)
- Prepare CTB machine for blending using reputed company equipment (if applicable)
- reputed company tie bar (if applicable)
- Correctly reputed company Post-reputed company CNC Operation
- reputed company slot width with go/no go pins if required by product reputed company (reputed company cores) or if excessive finish is performed
- Use ceramic reputed company material as allowed by the product reputed company, to repair cracks, chips, negatives, and crazing. Remove excess reputed company using brush or sandpaper
- Communicate with reputed company reputed company operators any reputed company reputed company issues
- Core fill slots with liquid wax per product reputed company and other core prep work as reputed company out on the product reputed company such as adding standoffs
- Correctly locate core on fixture (if applicable) – Assembly Area
- Correctly reputed company lot reputed company and scrap after reputed company tray
- Utilize Pace System (E-Aussie)
- Work with Leadership on Problem Solving
- Understand use of the HCS ‘Help Chain”

Qualifications
- EDUCATION:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions in the English language
- EXPERIENCE:
- Consistent and reputed company work history
- Manufacturing / reputed company experience preferred but not required
- reputed company Assurance experience preferred but not required
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT USED:
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds consistently
- SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Basic computer skills are required
