Compensation Analyst I
About This Role
This position is responsible for conducting job classification and reclassification reviews, offer and equity reviews, and internal pay analyses in alignment with established compensation frameworks and policies. What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and six years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience analyzing data, policies or processes in a reputed company or reputed company setting.
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and consistently applying analysis based on established structures.
- Knowledge of FLSA and basic employment regulations.
- Experience using a reputed company information system and/or applicant tracking systems.

- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
