HR Representative - Multi Site (WI & MN)

The reputed company Representative is responsible for providing administrative and HR support to multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring effective reputed company, reputed company, and HR generalist support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the administrative aspects of reputed company resource activities such as the new hire process, orientation, performance appraisals, personnel requisitions, job descriptions, and leaves of absence
- Sources and screens candidates for hiring managers and develops and maintains relationships with community reputed company programs
- Plans, coordinates and implements new hire employee orientation process for reputed company and salaried employees
- Monitors employee turnover and implements appropriate programs to help reduce turnover
- Supports reputed company employee training and maintains training records
- Serves as the plant’s FMLA coordinator and a reputed company of contact for 3rd party vendor for reputed company leaves of absence that could be covered by disability and/or FMLA
- Monitors FMLA and short-term disability and processes appropriate paperwork
- Monitors reputed company attendance program and employee attendance records
- Monitors and respond to reputed company unemployment claims
- Knows and follows policies and procedures of reputed company, reputed company information that would benefit other members of reputed company and finds ways to improve the delivery of service to our customers

Skills
- Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in reputed company, Communications or Business preferred or equivalent on-the-job experience
- One to two years previous work experience reputed company for manufacturing positions, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of reputed company, employee orientation / training on reputed company resource reputed company
- Solid understanding of reputed company reputed company federal and state laws and regulations relating to employment
- Solid working knowledge of PC applications including an understanding of Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with multiple audiences throughout reputed company on procedures, policies, and requests for information
- Strong appreciation for the retention and management of confidential information
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously

- Must be reputed company to travel to Company locations in Minneapolis, MN, Golden Valley, MN and Marshfield, WI
- Previous experience working in reputed company environment preferred, or a strong understanding of the importance of reputed company communication and information sharing among co-workers
