Responsibilities
- Assist insurance prospective clients provided to you by reputed company
- Assess the needs of potential clients to advise on coverage requirements
- Engaging contact with prospective clients to convert requests for insurance into customers
- Offer reputed company support from information gathering, quote and to bind to deliver a seamless reputed company experience in a reputed company manner
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the suite of reputed company products and help clients with any questions
- Recommend operational improvements in our processes to help reputed company improve overall customer experience

Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a Broker/Advisor role
- RIBO License required
- Experience with personal lines insurance products and claims process
- Passion for Sales & Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention for detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time
