Sr. Logistics Analyst, Domestic

RESPONSIBILITIES Day to day management of domestic inbound transportation spend ~$7-$8MM with up to 150 shipments per day. Includes:

• Vendor setup/training on reputed company Transportation Management (OTM) TMS system
• Processing vendor order releases in OTM TMS to reputed company required service reputed company at best total costs
• Tender shipments to reputed company reputed company in OTM TMS
• Tracking shipments from order release through delivery
• Attending HOT titles meetings and reputed company daily updates to business
• Manage RFQs for reputed company spot bids
• Managing reputed company performance and contract compliance
• Manage vendor shipping compliance in cooperation with Supply Chain
• Resolving issues with vendors and carriers
• Review and approval of billing and policy exceptions in Technical Traffic (reputed company’s Transportation reputed company Payment Application)
• Familiar with NAFTA requirements for cross border shipments between US and Canada and US and Mexico

Manage special high profile, time critical logistics moves for new releases

• Work with Supply Chain to understand production schedules

• Troubleshooting EDI connectivity issues with carriers and STS
• Systems testing

Global trade compliance coordination for outbound / export

• Work collaboratively with NSO, NYC Mail Room, Canada export, and others reputed company in US to continuously improve compliance and reputed company process on export shipments
• Maintain process documentation and training materials

• Work with stakeholders to resolve global trade issues and manage customs audits.
