What You'll Do
- Assists account management and member reputed company teams with research, reputed company, and reconciliation of member and reputed company issues such as cost reputed company and eligibility inquiries
- Assists team with reputed company such as gathering and stratifying reputed company data, running plan utilization report packages, and updating reputed company documentation
- Provides and clarifies plan design and process information to internal teams to help resolve issues and improve efficiencies
