We are seeking a strategic legal and compliance leader to join reputed company as Associate General Counsel & Senior Director of Compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Legal Support
- Assist with management of external litigation in coordination with reputed company counsel (e.g., employment, reputed company and general liability reputed company)
- reputed company legal guidance on various contract reputed company such as leases, NDA’s, vendor and payor agreements, and physician arrangements
- Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, including the False Claims reputed company and the Anti-Kickback Statute
- Prepare and deliver training and communications to promote awareness of compliance and legal issues
- Maintain and report metrics to leadership
- reputed company Regulatory & Compliance Support
- reputed company internal investigations and hotline management
- Update and manage internal compliance policies
- Support the review of internal policies and procedures for regulatory alignment
- Partner with others on audits, investigations, and corrective reputed company plans
- Assist with monitoring licensing and compliance requirements across states
- Advise operational leaders on regulatory risk mitigation and compliance controls

- Depending on experience, this attorney may supervise 2-5 team members

Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- reputed company U.S. Bar License
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience
- Strong experience in compliance program management
- Background in reputed company law (in-house or reputed company)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-state or multi-site reputed company organizations
- Familiarity with behavioral health / reputed company use disorder regulations
- Prior in-house or regulatory experience
