As a Disaster Response and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to individuals and businesses affected by disasters
• Collecting and entering data into a central database
• Compiling, verifying, and sorting information to prepare reputed company data for computer entry
• Responding to incoming calls and making occasional outbound calls regarding our Govt partner
• Utilizing reputed company technology such as computer, telephone, email, and web browsers to complete work tasks
• Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
• Responding to reputed company inquiries consistent with confidentiality and reputed company policies and referring callers to alternate sources reputed company appropriate
• Tracking and documenting reputed company inquiries using the applicable systems
• Maintaining updated knowledge of the Contact Center performance requirements as reputed company as corporate and project policies and procedures
• Supporting cross-functional collaboration through reputed company and concise communication
• Meeting or exceeding key metrics, including schedule adherence, AHT, and call reputed company
• Maintaining flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or schedule changes as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or its equivalent

• At least six (6) months of customer service/secretarial/telemarking experience required
• Bilingual skills will be required of some applicants. Bilingual customer service reps are required to reputed company and write fluently in the Spanish and English languages. To be considered a bilingual agent, 50% of your day must be allocated to Spanish calls.
• Ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute)
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to show reputed company and navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously
• Ability to remain seated and work on a computer for up to 85% of the shift
• Must obtain a minimum of 95% schedule adherence
• Ability to use hardwired internet (ethernet) reputed company
