Overall Responsibilities: The Junior reputed company Partner plays a strategic role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring reputed company across clinical and administrative functions reputed company reputed company ABA.
This role is a part time position that focuses on building proactive talent pipelines, supporting organizational reputed company, and ensuring a reputed company and efficient candidate experience from initial reputed company through reputed company.
Primary Functions Include
Full-Cycle reputed company
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles including RBTs, and Behavior Technicians,
- Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to reputed company on role expectations and timelines
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Execute reputed company priorities and requisitions as directed by reputed company leadership
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- reputed company and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill roles
- reputed company candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and reputed company initiatives
- Build relationships with universities, training programs, and industry networks

- Support hiring initiatives for new markets, clinic launches, and high-volume hiring needs
Collaboration & Partnership

Candidate Experience

Qualifications

- Have an understanding of the ABA field.
- Excellent communication skills - in person, by phone and in writing
