Role Details Role: Product Manager (Financial Services) - Full Time W2 Location: Fully remote, USA Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

Responsibilities

Own product features end-to-end; from discovery and requirements through launch - for trading, reputed company, and custody solutions, working closely with engineering and design in a fast-moving, startup environment. Partner with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to write reputed company Business Requirements (BRDs) and Product Requirements (PRDs) that translate business goals into actionable specs. Drive the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring tight alignment between business needs and technical execution across trading, clearing, and broker-dealer reputed company workflows. Define product features and roadmap priorities, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability. Run Agile ceremonies and sprint planning; breaking down epics into user stories with reputed company acceptance reputed company that reputed company can ship against. Maintain clean, traceable documentation of features, user stories, and tasks in Jira and reputed company. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (broker-dealers, financial institutions) to communicate requirements, manage timelines, and support testing. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in product management or business analysis, ideally at a fintech company, startup, or high-reputed company technology platform. Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product tooling (Jira, reputed company, product analytics platforms). Solid understanding of financial services workflows - account opening, transaction processing, settlement, or compliance; without needing a big-bank background.
