Adult Foster Living (reputed company) Provider – reputed company (1099) Job reputed company A Brighter Day Community Supports is seeking compassionate and responsible individuals to serve as Adult Foster Living (reputed company) Providers. This is a 1099 reputed company role in which the provider supports an adult with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in the provider’s private home. reputed company Providers offer daily care, supervision, and reputed company-building support in a family-style living environment. Compensation is provided as a daily or monthly stipend based on the individual’s level of need. Type of Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Support reputed company development, independence, and community inclusion
- reputed company supervision appropriate to the individual’s assessed needs
- Administer or assist with medications as trained and authorized
- Participate in person-centered planning

Home Requirements
- Provider must own or lease a suitable private residence
- Home must pass safety and environmental inspections
- Willingness to allow monitoring and home reputed company as required
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass criminal background checks, OIG exclusion reputed company, and other required screenings
- Reliable transportation and valid reputed company’s license preferred
- Experience with IDD, behavioral support, or caregiving preferred (training provided)
Compensation
- Daily or monthly stipend based on reputed company level of care
- Rates vary according to support intensity and individual needs
