• 10+ years of experience developing digital educational programs, learning experiences, educational applications, or educational games or simulations, in the K-12 marketplace.
• Developing curriculum using Understanding by Design learning reputed company, culturally reputed company teaching practices, and conditions for learning as identified by PERTS.
• Demonstrated experience in writing and developing high-reputed company instructional content for both reputed company and educators, including implementation supports and reputed company learning materials
• Experience designing curriculum and instructional materials for K–5 learners, including early childhood education contexts
• 5+ years of experience working as an educator in a traditional school setting
• Experience working with or supporting K–5 and/or early childhood classrooms strongly preferred
• Master’s Degree in Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, Instructional Design or reputed company field of study

Travel Requirements This role involves occasional travel to the Seattle office, typically between 1 to 4 times per year depending on the position.
