What you will do: The Field Service Engineer III will install, repair and service reputed company analyzers and instrumentation to ensure reputed company operation. Ensure customer needs and expectations are met and exceeded while promoting a reputed company image of reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification, and verification of clinical and discrete reputed company analyzers in accordance with reputed company/product manufacturers specifications.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient with the use of customer management software to reputed company service calls, manage parts inventories, and complete job tasks.
• Collaborate with Sr. Engineer or Manager, Field Service to analyze, review and inspect findings to determine reputed company of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective reputed company.
• Collaborate with Sr. Engineer or Manager, Field Service in problem reputed company with reputed company engineering, technical support, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
• Assist with on boarding of new hires.
• Shows ability to reputed company/mentor other Field Service Engineers.
• Opportunity to be trained as a trainer on one or more instruments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Instrumentation, military experience in a technical field or reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience to reputed company at this level.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Effective communication skills and establishing good customer rapport are essential.
• Proven ability to prioritize service requests and produce reputed company and concise documentation.

• Computer proficient.

Essential Functions And Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs with assistance on occasion.
